Giro Rest Day Report

As we cruise into the final rest day of the race, I bet Simon Yates is feeling pretty pleased with how things have gone so far. He bagged another stage yesterday and now has a fairly nice buffer between himself and Dumoulin heading into the tine trial tomorrow.

With Yates, Pinot, Pozzovivo and Dumoulin, the Kloefekappers had a nice haul of points for the stage.

All good things must come to an end. And it looks like the Bile Beans days on top are over for now. Unless things go very badly for Pinot and Pozzovivo, things should continue to go well for the Kloefekappers.

Stage 16 is the Big Time Trial. It should be one for Tommy D, but with the way Yates seems to be going, I don't think he'll lose as much time as some might think.

And I almost forgot, but the Tour of California wrapped up at the weekend with another sprint win for Gavaria and Teams Sky's young talent Egan Bernal taking the overall win. In the Land of Pance, Enrico 666 won the league - congrats.
