FTDF Stage 6 - Norses for Courses

It's been a day of ups and downs for "Billionare Tyrant" Rupert Murdoch.

On the one hand, he's had to close-down his shit-rag of a newspaper, The News Of The World.

On the other hand, the Sky Procycling Team - which has cost a ton of Murdoch money for the past two years - has finally won a stage at the Tour de France. At the end of a wet day and a tricky uphil finish, Sky's young star Edvald Boasson Hagen, (or Eddy Higgs-Boson as I like to call him) romped home ahead of Matt Goss and fellow Norwegian Thor Hushovd.

The Bile Beans are still hanging on at the top of the overall leaderboard, but Gazetta Pope on a Rope have narrowed the gap thanks to EBH.

No big changes in the GC today, and there's not likely to be any tomorrow either. It's the flattest stage in the race tomorrow, and likely another chance for Cav in sprint. The real fun should start on Saturday.
