Fabulous Cancellara Flies at Flanders

Spartacus is a pretty classy rider isn't he?  He rode hard and smart at the Tour of Flanders to take a record equalling third win.

First he sat back and let everyone else do the work while the breaks were up the road.

Then he made his move on the Kwaremont, with only Sep Vanmarcke able to follow.

Then he found himself in a four-man group with a load of Belgians and still won the sprint for the line.

Not to mention the impressive way he downed a bottle of beer in a post-race interview.

And he has excellent dress sense.

If only he didn't ride a Trek.  Not everyone can be as lucky as Fabian though.  There were some other riders in the race, but none of them  won and a fair few of them crashed.

It was another strong showing from Team Mungo for the day.

The next big race is Paris-Roubaix, but first we have the awkward distraction of Scheldeprijs.  Traditionally one for the sprinters, Scheldeprijs has obviously been put on the Velogames calendar by George to further vex fantasy managers with more tricky transfer dilemmas.
