Classics Over, Giro on the Way

Hello there! In case you were wondering, I am still alive - if a little busy. So the Fantasy Classics season is over, and although I thought the Bile Beans had a pretty good run of it, they were eclipsed by the Kloefekappers and Enrico66. It was a close-run thing, but in the end the chapeau went to Enrico, with Warwick's team mysteriously dropping out of the league to avoid last place.

Overall

We've had a few other races since the Spring Classics drew to a close. I watched misty-eyed as the Tour De Yorkshire rode through my old home-town and I was pleased to see that my Strava KOM on a very short, downhill section of Stockton Lane just survived the day. It's a shame they didn't go the other direction, as I totally own Stockton Lane from that day I got behind the Coastliner.

In May, a Fantasy Cycling manager's thoughts turn to Italy, and the first of the Grand Tours. I've picked some Beans and set up a league for the Giro, so feel free to have at it.

League Name: Tour De Pance
League Code: 07202343

As you may have noticed, I haven't been able to update the blog as much as I used to in the days when I had such a thing as spare time, but rest assured, if I do spot a picture of someone with their arse hanging out of a ripped pair of shorts after a crash, I'll do my best to make fun of it on here.
