Giro Stage 11 - Yates Makes Haste

So much for my predictions, there was no taking it easy for the GC boys today. The break was caught, and the big names decided to hold nothing back on the short final climb. Showing everyone a clean pair of heels, was that Simon Yates again.

Another day of respectable scores from the Bile Beans and the Kleofekappers. 


With all of the current top 4, I'm getting a little concerned about the Kleofekappers challenge to Bile Beans domination - I've got the advantage for now though.


Stage 12 looks pretty flat. I could do with some Viviani action to help keep the Kloefekappers at bay for a little longer.


Meanwhile, over in California, Enrico 666 are doing nicely - in contrast to the Giro, where it's all gone pear-shaped for them.
